Return Process

  Contact our grooming concierge via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box with the provided return documentation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
